Paid for access, but lost access after a few days. The administrator refused to re-add me without a screenshot of all my account balances (why!?). I showed evidence of my payment but he insisted on seeing the full balance of my account without an explanation, when I refused he became upset and blocked me. Great to see this good customer service. My payment has not been refunded.
